** Annual Licences may be extended or cancelled within two months of their annual expiry. In the event of non-cancellation, the contract is automatically extended by a further contractual year.

Business notes: The contract for the annual fee-based licence is tacitly renewed on expiry for a further period of twelve months. In order to terminate the annual licence contract, a written notice of termination (also by email) must be sent within two months of the expiration date, that the first year only will be 18-month period.
